• Speedy Check In: Pay your balance in full (including extra guests and vehicles) and give us your vehicle information at least 48 hours before you arrive so we can have a check in packet ready for you.
• Check in: Check in is 2:00 PM. Balance is due upon arrival. Checks are not accepted at check-in.
• Check out: Check out is 11:30 am
• Reservation deposit: Daily reservations are the cost of one night stay per campsite and weekly deposits are $150 per week per campsite. Checks only accepted 30 days or more in advance of reservation date.
• Cancellation Policy: Refunds are given only on cancellations or date changes received more than 7 days before arrival. If your cancellation is 6 days or less before scheduled booking, the refund will be forfeited. Cancellations will be charged a $10 administration Fee.
• Minimum Stays: Advance camp site reservations during peak season must be for 3 nights or more. Rental cottages are a minimum of one week during peak season.
• Guests: All visitors must register at the Office. Please advise your guests of the day visitor fee of $8 or the Overnight Guest fee of $10. If you would like to pay in advance for your guests, you may do so.
• Vehicles: One vehicle is included in the site fee. One extra vehicle may be parked on site for a fee of $8.00 per day. Overflow parking is available for $5.00 per vehicle per day if you have more than 2 vehicles. All vehicles, including golf carts, mopeds, and motorcycles must be operated by a person with a valid driver's license and must have working lights when used after dark. We do not allow stand up scooters or 3 or 4 wheel ATV's in the campground.
• Bicycles: Bicycles are welcome, Maryland State Law requires that all children under the age of sixteen wear a helmet.
• Pets: Pets are welcome, however, they must wear current and valid rabies tags, be leashed, cleaned up after and attended at all times. Pit bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, other loud barking or vicious dogs, and other exotic pets are not allowed.
• Limits: There is a maximum of 6 people per site and 2 vehicles per site. One main camping unit is allowed per site. A small tent may be set up for children. Tent sites are allowed 2 tents per site. Our basic camping fee covers two adults and 4 children 10 and under. Adults are charged $10 per night and children 11-17 $8 per night.
• Quiet time: is from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please, no loud music, loud televisions, or other noise between these hours.
• Season: Our season ends November 1st, 2009.
• Rules: All rules posted at office and other conspicuous locations are to be complied by.
• Disclaimer: Owners and /or management assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of any kind. We reserve the right to select our clientele and guests. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) for detrimental conduct or failure to abide by our rules. Your reservation guarantees you a site - NOT a particular site.
