"Castaways is the only Ocean City Campground that offers it guests’ their own private beach. Kid friendly surf and warm white sands invite you to relax and soak in the views of Ocean City and Assateague Island off in the distance.  A beach walk will yield treasures such as starfish and sea horses and the offshore sand bars are ideal for clam digging. Get fit with a vigorous game of beach volleyball or take an afternoon nap on your beach blanket. We provide the beach; you choose how to spend your day on it"
